Guy in his 40's- unfair

This guy I work with is in his 40's, and he has hair like this. It doesn't seem fair. No longer on any treatment here as nothing is working (in my early 30's).:(

honestly it looks like a hairpiece or wig or something. how could his sideburns be such light gray like that and his hair a different color.. the pattern of the grayness looks like a wig put on top of his head

I see guys all the time like just today at a casino that are like 50+ years old with Norwood 0 hair. Literally not a hair missing so that mature hairline crap everyone sells on forums is just bunk. Its just normal male pattern baldness even if it stops progressing you can never know that it will. Hair loss is hair loss any way you want to spin it. The only unfortunate part is with current treatments Im not sure how much you can really do about it. I dont think propecia is good enough to stop all hair loss even used before any loss.

It's genetic. Some men have good hair genes and some don't. Everyone in my girlfriend's family keep their hair forever (her father, at 90, is just starting to lose).
