Ok, there seems to be like 400 people on the forums on average at any given time. Of the 400 maybe 25 - 40 are members that post here at any given time. Some of which are for whatever reason are permanently on the site??

What I'm getting at is the 360 - 375 guests that are always lingering around should make profiles and share your stories! Especially the ones that are long-term hair loss people that have had success on treatments. Share you stories!! I see you out there. :woot:

Well, i can speak for myself.

This forum has accumulated the biggest amount of information and the most hairloss fixated men in history.
If new good treatment comes out - i can be 100% sure it will be discussed here right away. No need to ask Google every day.

Sharing stories... but it will be very similar to others. And adivces will be similar as well: start finasteride, start minoxidil, do hair transplant, pray.
But the cruel thruth is it won't help me much. I am only 26, NW5 pattern, but still have some hair on top.

My dad is NW7, my granddad is NW6-7. And i have an increased activity of 5-alpha-reductase, so my DHT level in blood was elevated by ~3-4 times since 14.
I know that DHT level in scalp is important, not in blood. But i am pretty sure those things are connected somehow.

So.. i think, there is no hope for me with currently available treatments in a long term.

On the bright, it is my only issue in life.
I am curious, healthy, have awesome job, lot's of money, can travel anywhere and do anything.
Probably due to high DHT, i have an incredible sex drive. I can do it multiple times without any problems, and it feels so nice.

I don't want to even risk trading all this for some stupid hairs. And i'll be NW7 sooner or later anyway.
