Hi guys... What stage of Norwood Scale do you think I am? I would say 3.5 at least? Do you think I could still benefit from Propecia or my baldness is to aggressive already? I am a bit scared of the side effects so I'd rather not to use it if I can have little or no benefits at all already...

First photo looks like a NW2A but then the second to last photo looks like a NW2 heading towards a NW3 but not yet.

nw2 only you think? So maybe I may still have some benefits from Propecia if I start it immediately?

Yes, get on Propecia immediately. Your loss is still minor. I am assuming you are around 28 years old?

What age did you start using it? It never works great at the hairline but at least it can slow things down until we have better options. The goal of treating hair loss is just to buy time until something better comes along. The more hair you save, the better your case will be if you have to resort to a hair transplant as your last option. If you stay the same or slightly worse on Propecia that might be better than using nothing.

norwood 3 for mine. And yes you can definitely benefit from procepia.

Generally the best case scenario is you keep what you have and possibly thicken up any borderline miniaturised hairs around the hairline which would lead to greater overall appearance of your hair. Otherwise you stand a very good chance of slowing the recession down to a snails pace.

I'd say Norwood 2.5. For what you have, the density is impressive. Crown looks good too.

By the time you are around 30 years old, its not about regrowth, using finasteride you could retain what you have to your late 50s or whenever you decide to stop using it.

It's not too late for you to start treatment, you are around NW2, if you started treatment you will most likely slow down your hair loss which is would be a success.

Nw2, get on finasteride. I was a Norwood 2 when I started 7 years ago and still have the same hairline give or take a few hairs
