37 y/o biological male.
Severe diffuse thinning began in 2014; currently, my state is around Norwood 3, with only very low-density, insignificant hair remaining throughout scalp. since it is androgenic alopecia, the back and sides of head continue to grow healthy hair.
if i were to go the route of a hair prosthetic, it would only be interesting to me if i can have enough length to create a feminine appearance. ideally, the ends of the hair would hang to the chin or lower; with some or all of the hairline being exposed.
would this goal be realistically achievable, with a hair system?
