Got some T/SAL

I got some T\Sal and am going to try it.

Do I just use the T\SAL then shampoo or am I not suppose to shampoo after using it. I other words is it suppose to absorb into my scalp??

It's a shampoo, wash your hair with it !!!


Salicylic Acid (T/Sal) basically removes a fine layer of dead scalp skin cells leading to a heathy itch free scalp and allowing better access for topical medications.


Wet your hair, lather, leave on for 3-5 minutes, rinse, dry yourself, get dressed, go to court.

No, T/Gel is an anti-fungal, and T/Sal exfoliates.

You are using a topical (Ketoconazole/Nizoral) the T/Sal will help with absorption of the ketoconazole.

Ketoconazole will inhibit the synthesis of some DHT in the scalp, T/Sal will help Ketoconazole do this.

In my opinion, the reason many incorporate T-Gel into their regimen is because the Propecia trials required the subjects to use it.

T/Gel and T/Sal are different products !!
