0.5mm needles. Used it last night and tonight. No bleeding because I opted for the smaller needle version, but it DOES irritate and redden your scalp. I think I'll use it every other day or every two days since my scalp was still a bit irritated when I used it tonight.

Not much of a point to this post, but I figured anyone wondering about dermarollers might like to hear what it's like to use one.

isn't it highly advised NOT to use a dermaroller to begin with, let alone with something (spironolactone) that you don't want to absorb into your blood? my understanding (correct me if i'm wrong -- i'm still learning) is that spironolactone is something you only want topical and terrible to get into your system.
