No, men with high T can go bald or not, men with low T can go bald or not, the histograms are fully overlapping. The same is true of DHT. On this forum we see have men with low testosterone going bald.

What matters is the sensitivity of your hair follicles to DHT. That varies *a lot* between people. If your follicles are extremely sensitive to DHT, then reducing DHT can help. However, there are tons of men with high DHT who don't go bald.
