good news for long time baldies!

I am 37, been slowing but surely thinning and receding since 19. Entire top was about 75% gone three months ago when I started the big three, all generics to save a little dough, mine doesn't grow on trees! I order from United Pharmacies, great prices and quick deliveries. At two months I had dense, clear fuzz all over my head. Now, just a little over three months, considerable re-growth. No real shed to report. One strange thing: I have always had fine, blonde hair. At least half of the terminal hairs re-growing are thick and black... kinda wierd. My Doctor says to expect these to gray very shortly. I would actually prefer that to the black. He was stunned by my overall response! One important note, I have consistantly applied 2ml 5% minoxidil only at night. Can't stand the oily feeling of that stuff on my head. I have recently ordered Dr Lee's 500 and plan to give it a shot during the day. I hope this gives hope to those like me who came into this process with little expectations, due to age and length of condition.

1mg finpecia daily
2ml Kirkland 5% minoxidil, only at night
Nizoral 2% 3X/week
Nioxin cleanser & scalp therapy (love this stuff, great for the "itch")
Saw Palmetto Complex vitamins, 2X/Day
2 glasses of wine/day
meat and potatoes diet

Dr. Lees 500? What is that? Never heard of it. :?

It's his own Minoxidil formula, using considerably less propylene glycol, the oily base. Many on this forum have success with his products. Check out his site at http://www.xandrox.com

Did you mean "500 Standard Minoxidil 5%, 65 mL"? 500 is the item number. I have been using his products since December of 2003 with good results.
