Havent posted in a while because things are going great. Hair is a bit longer . Been doing 3000mcg of biotin, 2000 MSM, multi vit, vitamin b, vitamin e and nizoral every 3rd day. All natural baby. Hair looks great.
Figured I have at least one more year left before you can tell I'm balding though. Nizoral rocks! Will post before and after pics later. But hair is longer now so...

yes im aware of that. When I say improvement, I mean thickness. The only reason I said my hair is longer, is for when I post pics....
