My hair right now has been growing out for about a month or so (About 3/4 - 1 inch in length) all over. I was just wondering what kind of hair cut looks 'best' with some temple recession (i am also loosing hair at the SIDES of the head). Anything to reccomend at this stage? sh*t i almost never had a 'real' good haircut in my life, i always just asked for my hair to be 'cut', not styled lmao. Is a crewcut decent? or is it really out of style? Suggestions would help.

Try a #2 on sides/back and #3 on top....

I reckon crew cut looks great... I would keep the length on top relative to the recession (i.e. the more the recession, the shorter you'd want it on top, in my opinion) ...but still go the 0 or 1 gauge on the back and sides.

That is the style I have been sporting for years now... with the length on top the varying factor. Always looks good for the first few weeks until the back and sides get longer.

i am a Norwood 2 and usually all i get is a number 1 on the sides, leave the TOP, but naturally trim the bangs so that they about an inch long.

with this haircut, i look pretty much Norwood 1.

i usually push the bangs up when i go to work with gel and mess up the top :)

That's what i was thinking, but wouldnt that just look weird, long on top and really short on the sides?

not at all man

remember to keep the bang's kinda short! if they are long then u will look alil weird

when u got to the stylist, get it cut like tht first n see if u like it. if u dont, u can take off more on the top ~
