Good general shampoo and conditioner

Hey all,

I was just curious what some of you would suggest for general all purpose shampoos and conditioners. I am already using Nizoral 2 times a week for maintanance/growth; I'm just talking about general purpose ones that keep hair/scalp healthy and make hair look good. I am more concerned with improving hair condition and health in the long run rather than just in the short run (all though both is nice). Can any of you suggest some great, healthy products? Thanks.

Will the L'Oreal Vive for Men Pro - XY Regimen Thin2Thick actually help keep my hair healthy (not bad chemicles etc) or just coat it with a substance that will make it look thicker (or both)?

As i said i am interested in the true health of the hair; not just appearances. Thanks.

Went out to the store and just bought my old shampoos Pert Plus w/ Light Conditioner and Suave Deep Cleaning.

No more of this vive dry hair bs.
