I have 5 mg finasteride tablets do I cut them into 5th 4ths or take the 5mg tablet once a week I have never had had a finasteride tablet in my life so I would like to know what you guys think ☺

I was on finasteride for 2 years. I got some brain fog and fatigue initially which seemed to pass over a few months. Semen was more watery as well.

As soon as I stopped everyrhing returned to normal

Do you take finasteride or you don't bother wit it

You should be taking 1 mg as it's not FDA approved to take 2.5 mg. I've been on 1 mg daily for the past 4 months and have had no side effects. It's the minoxidil that initially caused side effects for me like light headedness but that went away after about a week.

Just be careful. Studies don't show much of a difference between 1 mg and 5 mg although you are more likely to get side effects from higher doses.
