why dont you visit the shiseido facility first? I read somewhere they designed an entirelly new building to host their stem cell research, try to get some info on RCH-01 since its the closest treatment we have in line. Go annoy them a little and try to sneak in, snap some photos

I would go to the main office and speak with some one at investor relations. Take some pics as proof btw that you are in Japan at Shisedios office and post them.
Ask them when they expect to know the final results for RCH-01(where can we see them)! and if foreigners who are willing to travel to Japan to get the treatment can do so. Obviously slip in the question of cost although I doubt you'll get an answer.

A picture at Shiseidos office would be a little less generic. Although I don't doubt your intentions it's just hard to know who is trolling these days.
I would also ask where they plan on making the procedure available. At their new hair research facility? or local doctors in Japan? This way we know who to contact in order to secure a date and location to get the procedure done.

Based on what we already know about RCH-01 and the fact I have a fully intact hairline with maybe 20% loss of density evenly across the top from my absolute fullest days. I consider RCH-01 a functional cute for me.
