Going For 2nd Surgery - Graft # Advice

Hello everyone. I received 2500 grafts about 16 months ago. Everything went great with the surgery and I’m very pleased with the results. I want to do a bit more upfront to strengthen the hairline. I also want to bring in the temples in ever so slightly. What I am thinking is 1500 gracts total this time. 250 on each temple and 1000 at the hairline. I want to probably get this done around March. See my most recent photos below. All opinions are welcomed.

Which Doctor did you use and are you going back to the same one?
I think 1000/1500 would be enough to add density.
Try to keep as many grafts available though if your doner isn't the best.In the future you might want some work done on the crown area.

Doctor Berry Weiss. Yes I’ll make sure not do too much but I take finasteride so I should be good.

Dunno anything about how many grafts you’d need but you’re lookin good bro. Any more work on the hairline would just make it better

Yeah I’m planning to go back in March. I love having hair. Just want it a little thicker up front.

I think 1500 isn't going to make much difference - you have fine caliber hair and the temples would need work to make a lower hairline look natural
Id go for 3000 at the very least since your on finasteride and minoxidil

Yeah the things we take for granted. How many grafts you thinking?

Try to cover temples more and fill the midline in v shape to give it a more fuller look. You have high forehead so you r looking balding despite having hair job. I mean straight hairline would not hide your high forehead ,so a v shaped frontal transplant would best fit and gives a natural look. Best luck.

I see but do you know how much you had in capacity to begin with ? Did the doctor specify or give an approximation?
