I do think going vegetarian is like taking propecia...you are lowering DHT in your system...Well, even if you reduce your meat intake, I think it will can slow down hair loss...
Here is my reasoning: When you eat meat, your cholesterol level increase. Cholesterol is a precursor to testosterone which then can be convert to DHT. So if you lower your cholesterol level, you might reduce DHT. I have been a vegetarian for about 6 months now and I can see the different in the the volume and strength of my hair...Additionally, I can see tht my body hair is also limper...
