I am thinking of having hair transplant from Turkey (https:/ in April

Should i go on propecia and other hair growth medicines now or wait after till surgery ?

its always good to see if you respond to the big 3 before you spend crazy time money and effort on a transplant that may or may not work..just my opinion

Like said Recon_s, start the big 3 before a hair transplant, because you can have a massive growth.

How long has your hair looked like that? You could try the big 3 for a bit if you want, but seeing as how bald you already are I don't think jumping into a transplant would necessarily be a bad option for you
