I know hims offer that and other compounding pharmacys but yes it should be more mandatory. Topical min still goes systemic to an extent anyways and gives people sides similar to oral. so may aswell use small dose oral then.

Exactly. You could be on topical and receive more sides and less results. Low dose OM should be the standard.

Doesn't work for everyone. I don't believe in a one size fits all approach. But if I had to be generalizing, I would say it would be better for young men to try that OM first rather than finasteride because of the potential risk of life long side effects.
