Hi. I first noticed my hair thinning before I turned 30.
My hairline is intact except at the ends near the temples, it has moved just a bit, like really unnoticeable.
I have a mole just a few millimeters after the hairline.
While I am thinning everywhere I notice that my hairline has not receded at all. My mole is still hidden in the area with hair.
And so I googled and I found out that what I'm having is diffuse thinning.
Hair in the shower, on my pillow, on the floor. My hair is black and they can easily be seen. When I shampoo or condition, I'd have like 5 to 10 strands pulled.
I have not started any regimen yet as I am really afraid of these stuff.
But recently I just had a buzz cut and I think it made my hair look better. I am liking what I'm seeing so far. The thinning is camouflaged by the buzz style.
Anyone with similar situation (started at or before 30..) now and before? Did you completely bald? If so, at what age?
