genetic hair loss users help me : Hair Transplants or drug?

hi every one
i am male and may age is 28,I never used any drug for my hair loss, and my hair loss Began around 24
all my male family Are bald at age 35 ; my father,all my uncles,all my Cousins.
last week i see dermatologist and Prescribes me:
-ALPECIN Shampoo C1 every day
-rogaine foam Twice a day and finasteride every day
-ALPECIN Medicinal Special vitamin scalp and hair tonic (no Coffein) every day
-ecophane every day

plz see my pics and answer my question
have anybody same as me hair loss with Heavy genetic hair loss ,regrowth hair line fine after use rogaine and finasteride for Months, Hair in front of the head regrowth so much that surgery need not be?

ok you have hair loss gene in you genetics
which is certainly an uphill battle

i suggest you start drugs like minoxidil and finasteride before hair transplants

hair loss is progressive and persistent
never ending

without drugs to prevent further loss a hair transplant would be useless

try using some proven hair loss remedy like finasteride or minoxidil
before going down the hair transplant road
