I am new the forum and just 2 weeks since I started my taking Propecia. My first real attempt at fighting my make pattern baldness. (Just turned 30).
So I was given a prescription from the doctor. I take it to Bartell Drugs and they give me 90 tablets of the what seems to be Generic Propecia.
Strange thing is they charged me $270 for this. After checking up online, I realize this was not Propecia based on images of the pill.
Dr. Reddy is smaller and has an R. If the generic drug costs this much, how much does the real thing cost ? Reading online, I am pretty sure the store ripped me off big time.
Can someone tell me exactly how much they paid for their generic Dr. Reddy Propecia (not Proscar) ?
I'm going to demand a refund for my remaining generic pills coz I am willing to pay for the Brand name.
After reading this forum and with some folks experience with hair thinning as a result of switching from Merck's brand to Generic, I want the real thing even more.
