Generic Finasteride vs Proscar (Finasteride) - 5mg

Can someone please tell me if there is any significant difference between the two above products? Unless I have missread it appears the Hairlosstalk generic finasteride is only 1mg compared to 5mg of the proscar?

propecia is 1mg finasteride brand from merck for male pattern baldness
proscar is 5mg finasteride brand from merck for bph

you can get a generic for each dosage
