Generic Finasteride Vs Propecia Interesting Experience

I was going through a massive "shed" recently. Losing tons of hair in the shower so I switched to propecia to see if it made a difference. It's been a week and I'm literally not losing any hair in the shower now, maybe 5 at most. Not sure if this is from the propecia or my shedding stopped on its own... thoughts?

Placebo affect. Finasteride does absolutely nothing to your hair in a week due to its short half life. MAYBE if you were talking dutasteride vs avodart but even then... a week? Nah.

That's what I was thinking. My shed must have stopped on its own.

I started min 10% a few months ago and was shedding like pre-finasteride.
