Gascoigne, are you ok? Your weight has increased a lot. Is your face bloated from minoxidil? I am not trying to be mean just concerned more about that than your hair which is not that bad still.

I can understand as I tend to eat "bad" when I am not happy. Honestly, start working out at home and do some exercise to get more fit. Once you focus more on your body and less on your hair, it will help a lot. I have to do that. Exercise is a great mood enhancer too. Your hair still looks good. Most people will see you as a full head of hair still. I would wait until it gets a little worse before you get a hair transplant.

For how long should wait until taking one good 2.000 grafts FUE?
I am unhappy with my hairline, altough i didnt lose too much since begining of hairloss 3.5 years ago.

When you need over 2000 grafts, then you may want to get one. However, if its really affecting your quality of life and you really can't wait any longer, then maybe you should get one.

Your hairloss isn't too bad. If you aren't already, then get on finasteride and minoxidil. At your stage, it will probably work a treat. If you're already on it for 2 years and unhappy with your hairline, then consider a hair transplant.
