Hello HairLossTalk.com friends,
after about 2 and a half years when i spoted that my temples and hairline are receding, i decided to take pictures of my current state.

I guess this is NW2 for now but sure am going to NW3. My hair is curly and (was) extremely thick and dense, its still very sharp when i touch it go trough with my fingers.
Two different barbers commented my hair in last two months as good and thick but i dont think so since i see its getting thiner over time. It looks like to me i still dont have loss on top and vertex, but my hair is a bit strange with those gaps between, almost like small dreadlocks.
What do you think?

I'd call it a NW2.5 if you like because while that temple hair can still be saved, the hairline is now thinning away into a NW3 pattern like mine.

I'm sure you know as well as well as I do Gazza, the only way to save it is through minoxidil and most importantly finasteride and if you did adopt that regimen, you would most probably regrow a thick NW2 again, so the ball's in your court champ!

Also... in other news.... Galatasaray are sh*t!! :gay2::tongue:

So you're balding afterall.

Jump on finasteride and you should be saved. The faster you'll do it the better.

So thicknes doesent matter when it comes to male pattern baldness?
male pattern baldness would attack weak, thin hair as well as dense one?
Meds are ok Primo, but what would happen later? I am 23 now, for how long could i save my hair?

Haha,that was my hair 3 years ago. Yes it was amazing Travis. That makes me depressed and down, how was it possible that such a piece of hair start to fall away.
Thanks for your med recommendation, but i know they wont save me for very long time. I will still losing it.

How old are you and who is balding in your family? your dad or maternal grandfather? in witch norwood class?

Do you've curls? maybe that's why there a little gaps there.

I am 24. In my family no one is balding. Father had thick NW1 until 50, now he is 58 and Norwood 1.5 with bit diffuse thnining but still looking good. His father died with solid NW2. My mothers father is 78 and has fully white NW2 , altough little bit thin but its couse of his age. All his brothes are NW1 to NW2 max.
Only one bald in my family is fathers half bother (same father, different mom, but theis father died with hair, as i said).
Yes i have very curly hair and i guess thats why gaps are there but i am still shocked with my hairloss since my great family history.
