Fut - Is There A Chance Bald Spot Will Cover?

Hello,

I need some advice. I have had my second FUT procedure to fix my hairline to lower it and fill the bald spot (due to shedding) from the first FUT (diff doctor)

The first FUT was done 12 months ago with 1400 grafts but it was so conservative and they filled hair inside and some hairlines, but it caused a lot of shedding and I felt like the didn’t grow back and I just lost so much hair.

So I got another FUT from another doctor to lower my hairline (I got 1600 grafts and they filled those gaps of baldness inside where the first doctor filled grafts initially that caused shedding.

I am 11 weeks post surgery (2nd FUT). I don’t know if the baldness I’m seeing is shed and permanently gone or will potentially grow back.

I feel like I caused more damage before having two procedures done. Please tell me if any of this is normal and potential for me to grow it back base on the pics or I will have to live with it and just get SMP to cover it up?

I’m in my early 30s so this is so incoming to get two FUT procedures when I didn’t even have too much hair loss then but just a mature hairline.

Thank you everyone for any help!

11 weeks is too early to panic, as the new grafts should just start growth now. I would not have done FUT for a hairline though, you want single follicle grafts for that.

Yes doctor did singles. But it’s all separated looking now and not much hair.

Is it normal to have “twos” not grow and stick with a centimeter for two months??? Will they eventually grow... singles keep growing fast...
