(If you think about it, the video shows a terrible accident and it shouldn't be funny but somehow it is. Humor is a weird thing.)

I loved it! It reminded me of a similar video from Eastern Europe in which a guy caught his daughter naked in front of a webcam. He spanked her and everything was recorded. Not exactly funny but weird and disturbing.
