Has anyone who was told by surgeons that they did not have enough donor hair to create a good outcome (likely high norwood people) got creative and managed to find a surgeon who has agreed to 'over-harvest' the donor area to create something like a skin fade look with SMP done to cover up scarring?. Or would it simply cause too much scarring that the SMP would not be enough to make it look 'normal', Examples of a skin fade below (this dude has not had a hair transplant)....
I'd be tempted to get this done if a surgeon said it was possible to do this.
