Im 34 years old.

I'm not bald at all, but i have no volume anymore.
Want to do an FUE (800-1500 grafts) for diffuse thinning, and fill in my hairline discreet. Doctor in Scandinavia told me a year ago they wouldn't do it cause it was to thick and would give no noticeable effect to me.
Pics are taken one year after ...with a little less hair.
Wonder what u think:
*Is it to thick / will it not be noticeable?
*Risk for shockloss. Is it big? (its 2018 ffs)
*how many grafts do I need to do the job?
*I'm 34y/ planning on starting with dutasteride (fina has lost its effect) Should be good for a few more years then?
Update: been in contact with a doctor in Hungary (sikos clinic) who advised me to have an FUE with 2200 or 2500 grafts.
*any thoughts?
