Friend difuse thining...should i tell him?

I have a friend he cares about his hair. He is diffuse thining i can see it on the top of his head. It's still relativly early, he like most people doesnt know that hairloss is somewhat preventable. Especially with diffuse thining. I doubt he has a clue especialy with regards to diffuse thining.
Do you think i should tell him? If so how should i go about it?

Im on finasteride and nizoral myself, but i havent told a soul and i doubt i will ever. There is a good chane others will just use it against me for personal gain, so it's not worth telling anyone. Noone has any idea, friend family NOBODY.

Well you've kind of just answered your own question.

What makes you think he's not doing something about it and pretending he isn't. You admit you're on treatment but would never tell anyone.

The last thing people want, who are losing their hair, is to draw attention to it and especially to be told be someone that they should be doing something about it.

Well that's my opinion anyway.
