Fried hair

5-7 years ago I damaged my hair with hair relaxers. My hair continues to shed and the hair texture has changed. I did get a mild hair transplant few years back. Today, my hair looks fried and I dont know why but also the transplanted hair and the rest just looks dry and fried. Is there any solution for this? If i shave it off would that be a good thing or what?

I reckon your hair looks alright. Not great. But plausable.
