o you are doing the dumbbell version? you know you can hold the dumbbells up above your shoulders kinda like simulating a barbell squat..

yeah, I can. that would take more balance and less forearms. I should do that.

I still think you should give Zercher or Hack squats a try. Neither have any weight on your back.

I'll try them. It is just a pain in the butt repositioning the hooks on the squat rack after a tall guy raised them.
