Four Days Post Op 2700 Fue Donor Scabs

I had 27xx grafts placed on hairline and temples along with the crown. My question is should I be washing the donor area scabs off this early or let them fall off naturally. Still applying the antibiotic ointment to the donor area and spraying the recipient site with saline.

Let them be, continue using the ointment and saline spray, you don’t want to interrupt the healing.
