Women def do let themselves go. its a shame. I guess its harder for them than guys. Between hormones as steady as a seesaw with two kids full of sugar on it and their metabolism dropping like a lead weight it cant be easy.

That's actually not true... Women have much higher libido in their 30s and 40s. However, they also have other priorities, eg kids, work, etc. So, despite having higher libido, they might end up being stressed doing other stuff.

Also, women that are happy and in tune with their bodies enjoy sex much more than the young chicks. The young ones are busy finding their limits and experimenting what works and what doesn't work.

tend to disagree with you there ali. To me thats a myth.

ive been with older women and they may be up for it and have a high libido but there performance is well...old. Dead weight comes to mind.
