For Those Who Shed On finasteride...

I've been shedding hair from the back of my head since the 10th day on finasteride. This area is supposed to be in the safe zone and i wanted to know whether others shed from here as well. Prior to finasteride i never lost a hair from the back, and now its thinned out to match the top since starting finasteride.

Where in the back are you shedding? Maybe its just your NW7 pattern. For some ther is very little hair in back.

I am on finasteride and think I am experiencing excess shediing, but not sure enough to respond to the poll

oh trust me if you were shedding on finasteride you'd know it..lol

i was shedding max about 40...not a sINGLE hair from the back...back was thick as anything..then i take finasteride...and i shed 200 hair on the 10th day..at LEAST 200...it was all over the place..t.e like symptoms..and i was losing hair from the crook of my neck man!...right at the bottom...no Norwood matches that.
