Just an FYI Nizoral is the one of the first and most popular keto shampoos on the market.

It's only part of "Big 3" because it's name stuck.

It's a very archaic harsh shampoo with crap like SLS in it.

I don't want to start sounding like I'm shilling for any brands so I'll let you guys discuss.

There are many better 3rd generation keto shampoos out right now that are much much better and have more natural ingredients that won't lead to further scalp irrritation, balding and leaving your hair looking and smelling like sh*t.

RegenPure DR. I don't have much in the way of hair problems but the added keto is a bonus and the ingredients otherwise are all natural and non irritating.

i use nizoral (actually no shampoo can get rid of my ugly oily hair like this shampoo) and i tried A LOT of shampoo.

i might give regenpure a try !! but would be perfect at 2 % keto : /
