Hi guys

Am preparing to receive my first lace (full swiss lace) system soon. Currently have a fully bonded skin system so I only use white glue, which works well.

Are these the right products for a swiss lace base? Or otherwise, can you please advise what I should use?

I will be using glue on the front hairline, but not sure which one.

Walkers tape

(but it has bad reviews?)

C22 spray

or

Hi,

It all depends on what your needs are.

Having a good scalp prep, is always super important. I am just about to try Walkers Max Hold Sport.

If you are going to go for a tape perimeter and a glued hairline, Super-tape is supposedly amazing, however, it appears to only come in rolls, curved hairline strips, and straight strips. I can't get the tape to fit around the curved perimeter, so I use walkers "minis".

C-22 is good for dissolving glue, you can use "goo gone", also. To get the system off, I use 99% alcohol, also to remove the tapes.

As for the glue for the hairline, it all depends on your needs. Do you perspire (Ghostbond XL is gone for this).

Hi Steve

Thanks for replying.

I thought C22 was the same as the alcohol, so it seems that I have a lot to learn about lace systems. Any advice you guys can give me is greatly appreciated.

Will this alcohol work? It's 99.9%.

Or is this the same thing. It's a lot cheaper:

The mini tapes sound like a really good idea. I will be using glue on the front hairline for sure.

Hi, I use Super Tape that recommended by my seller, it is very sticky and easy to clean.
