FOLUX foaming solution (minoxidil)

Came across this post and thought I'll give it a bump. Apparently, here are the data I was able to collect on it thus far...
It came out in 2007, and is Taiwan's response to generic minoxidil foam. It costs $1600 NT (49.79USD) for 90ml, which is a discount from minoxidil foam but not bymuch. The rumor has it, it is touted by big private hospital dermatologists in Taiwan as an alternative solution to minoxidil liquid.
I am unaware of oversea sales as I doubt it has the license to sale overseas.
I am anxious to try it out myself but then again I am afraid foams will evaporate too quickly and result in insufficient minoxidil on my scalp...
