Folligen or 5% spironolactone

which one would u recommend to use , do they both have the same purpose or are they both diffrent products with diffrent use and benefits .. thanks

i would go with spironolactone because it is an anti androgen and could help slow down male pattern baldness..folligen is more for scalp care to maintain a healthier scalp condition if I'm not mistaken.

what about alternate both?? lets say 2 days 5% spironolactone then one day Folligen and so on.. i was told that Folligen is used for its anti inflammatory properties which is another cause of hair loss due to the immune system attacking the hair follicle

i would use spironolactone once or twice a day

you can use folligen 3 times a week like nizoral

IMO if your going to do something do spironolactone
but i use both

obviously spironolactone more frequently than folligen
