Folligen and Rogaine together?

Can someone explain to me how to use these products together? If you are using Rogaine twice a day, morning and night when do you apply the folligen? And is Folligen the best product to get rid of irritation?

yOU CAN USE YOUR FOLLIGEN (OOPS SORRY) - a few hours before you use your 2nd dose of minix - or anytime inbetween the 2 minoxidil applications.

I've heard tell of a few people who actually contracted an irritated scalp from folligen - that plus a gut instinct tells me that there are better inflammatory ridding products, like nizoral shampoo, emu oil, 100% pure aloe vera gel, iamin hydrating gel, inflamil . . . .
