Foligain Minoxidil foam?

Just seen that some kind of generic 5% minoxidil foam is available from Biovea. It's much, much cheaper than rogaine foam. Has anybody used it though? Anyone have feedback on it?

It does have PPG in it. Rogaine foam has no PPG. Try ebay for cheap rogaine foam.
