Flomax Plus is better than Dutasteride??

Hello,
Flomax Plus(Tamsulosin, Dutasteride) is better than Dutasteride alone as hair loss treatment?
Somebody knows it? Help, please.

What is 'alpha-adrenergic blocker' for? What is it? It has nothing to do with androgen? Please explain.

I'm not sure I'm no doctor, but im pretty sure it doesnt have any anti androgenic properies. Wiki states: Tamsulosin is a selective ?1 receptor antagonist that has preferential selectivity for the ?1A receptor in the prostate versus the ?1B receptor in the blood vessels.[5]

The bottom line is this will do nothing for hair loss, it's just designed to help improve urination for people with Prostate issues.
