[*=center]I have noticed some flakes like things along my scalp those flakes have a stinging sensation when I strain to disturb or remove them what is the correct medication for it?

It's most likely seborrheic dermatitis.
Try one or several shampoos containing one of these substances alternatively to see what works for you : ketoconazole, salicylic acid, zinc pyrithione, cicloprox olamine, coal tar.
Natural treatments : apple cider vinegar or emu oil applied directly on the scalp at night or several hours before shampoo (mentionned above).
Consult a dermatologist to be sure !
