Hello!
I've been on dutasteride for about 6 months now. I've been noticing that my scalp is very dry -- If i scratch at it with my nails, I can always scrape some white stuff (seems like dry skin). I also get big chunks of dandruff. Around my hairline where it's receding, there seem to be small zit-like things; perhaps these are sebum? I use Nizoral every other day.
What else should I do? Are the zit-like bumps a really bad sign? Thanks!
