flaking

hi i've been using the minoxidil 5% topical for the last month and a half or so and recently in the last week or two been noticing flaking in the crown area. is this a common side? if so, is it a temporary or permanent side? thanks in advance!

You must be using liquid minoxidil. My head flaked like crazy when i used that stuff. Switch to foam, it stops the flaking and dry skin because it has different ingredients.
