Flakiness And Itchiness, Caused By Pg Or By The Alcohol?

What is the cause for the flakes that some get from liquid minoxidil? The PG or the Alcohol?

Would a non-PG liquid minoxidil resolve the problem or would a non-alcohol one be nedeed?

For me it's the pg. Because when I used lipogaine, which is costly but has no pg in it, the itching never happened.
