For the first time ever Id like to start a daily regimine. Im in my mid thirties and I have a good amlunt of hair except for a thinning crown and receding left and right temples.
If I started off with the following, would it be a good start?:
Rogaine foam twice a day
Proscar which I will cut each pill into 4 pieces
Regenepure
Jasons thin to thick shampoo
(I dont think it has any medical properties but I use it currently and it works better for me than regular shampoo management wise)
A few questions about Regenepure, is it to be used daily or every second day?
Is it better/replacement for Nizoral?
Is this a good start? Thanks a lot!!!
