First post, have a question about Propecia

nioxin is not a good one. it's a scalp shampoo which in long run will fry your hair dead. i've used it for like 3-4years and my hair is dry like h*ll and easily drop especially during towel drying.

i would suggest you use Nizoral 2% every 2-3days and alternate with Avalon Organics Biotin B-Complex Thickening Shampoo. it has all the ingredients like wheat protein, biotin, saw palmetto and rosemary for hair loss and most importantly, no SLS or SLES. it's pure organic, so no harm and yet darn cheap!

I've been using nioxin for a few weeks and i agree it does leave my hair feeling like crap. not smooth like some other shampoos will. I plan to use the nioxin till it's done so i don't just waste it but I am def looking for something else. i'll keep the avalon in mind! Thanks!
