Finnaly made the decission to do something about my bad hair

Hello Men and Woman,
My hair has been getting worse every year. Recently I made the decision to go do something about it (at least try) and I have bought my first "Hair loss and hair thinner prevention product" from Keratase. Since I'm completely inexperienced with such products I hope to learn more at this forum. I started researching a little bit this weekend but noticed most "articles" are sponsored and try to promote a brand, and what I`m looking for is advice from real people which are experiencing the same thing as me.

I hope I have found the right forum for this, if anyone has suggestions for products for woman, or if there is a different thread for this, please let me know!

Post pics of your hair to see how bad it is, regardless your first line of treatment should always be finasteride to maintain and minoxidil to regrow.
