Finistride Side Effects After One Year Of Use

Hi guys,

I'm a 27 year old male and have been using Finistride 1mg daily for a year now.

I've noticed dribbling after passing urine and my penis feels 'hard placid' as if it's about to retract constantly.

I can't find any info that suggests these are common side effects but as a precaution I'm thinking of stopping the drug immediately. Wise decision?

I've been reading up that pelvic floor excerises might help. I'm hoping the side effects arnt permanent.

I would tapper off.. I was on it for 13+ yrs, quit cold turkey and my body went havoc for a few months.. (started around 3 weeks after I quit).

I would do like: 1 mo @ .5mg, 1mo @.25mg, 1mo @ .25mg EOD ....

Giving your body give time to adjust..

I did. After 3mo was normal.

But hairloss resumed at high gear, so i got back on it.

Why did you quit in the first place? Quit myself but thinking off going back on it

I just wanted to go "all natural", no pills, but thought my hairloss wasn't going to be so aggressive..

Are you sure these symptoms aren't in your head? It's easy to psyche yourself out over these things. But if you can say for certain that you never noticed this before, then I would perhaps look into taking a break, or reducing your dosage first.
