ok guys i am going to start taking fincar and cutting into 5ths... i was just wondering would cutting one pill into five and taking it over five days have any negative effect on the active ingredient (finasteride)?? after cutting into 5ths and eating one, i put the 4 remaining pieces into a used blister strip and partially close and place into a bottle and close the cap and place it into a dark drawer...

i am getting really paranoid that the remaining 4 pieces wont be working as well.... :roll:

i do the same with fincar except i cut into 4ths,always worked for me.no worries

I do fourths and everyday I put the remainder of the pill in a bottle and close the lid. It should be fine as long as air and moisture are not continually exposed to it.
